Oliver's mTOR Atlas is an independently curated research resource covering the mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) signaling pathway and its role in aging, cancer, metabolism and longevity. Every eligible peer-reviewed primary study carries a code naming the system the finding was established in (S = synthesis of human data, H = human study, A = animal model, M = molecular, R = review), not a quality rank, linked to a knowledge graph of genes, diseases and interventions, with AI-identified knowledge gaps and testable hypotheses. Unlike general-purpose pathway databases, every claim is traced to its primary source, with explicit distinction between what is established, what is interpretation, and what is an open hypothesis. The corpus currently covers 428 hand-selected studies. The data are also available through a read-only JSON API (https://mtor-atlas.org/api/, OpenAPI 3.1, no key required) and an MCP server for AI assistants (npm: mtor-atlas-mcp).
